Summer Bay’s sizzling new couple, Remi Carter and Stevie Marlow, seemed to have it all – youth, beauty, and budding careers in the entertainment industry. However, their passionate romance is about to face a major test as Remi’s ex-girlfriend Bree Cameron re-enters the picture.
Remi returns to the luxurious mansion where Stevie is staying during the filming of her romantic comedy “All Our Tomorrows,” expecting a romantic reunion. But his mood quickly sours when he discovers Bree is also a guest, having moved on to a new relationship with the film’s director, Nelson Giles.
The next morning, Remi’s jealousy boils over as he witnesses Bree being whisked away on the back of Nelson’s motorcycle – a mode of transportation Bree had previously criticized Remi for, leading to the demise of their own relationship. Feeling the sting of hypocrisy, Remi decides to confront Bree about her double standards.
But the confrontation doesn’t go as planned, with Bree putting Remi firmly in his place, revealing the real reason behind their breakup. As Remi storms off fuming, it’s clear this love triangle is far from over, threatening to disrupt not only his personal life but also the production of Stevie’s film.
Speaking of the film, there’s excitement in the air as a crew from the popular breakfast TV show “Sunrise” arrives in Summer Bay to interview Stevie about her new project. Local resident John Palmer, who assisted director Nelson with location scouting, is thrilled at the prospect of making his “live television debut.”
However, when the cameras start rolling, John’s enthusiasm quickly turns to stage fright, leaving the Sunrise crew scrambling for a last-minute replacement to ensure the interview’s success. Could this be the big break one of Summer Bay’s residents has been waiting for?

Meanwhile, in a separate storyline, Dana Matheson’s blossoming romance with Xander Delaney hits a potential snag. Dana has been spending an increasing amount of time at Xander’s apartment, and he’s starting to feel crowded in his own home. Xander begins dropping not-so-subtle hints that it might be time for Dana to return to her own place.
But will the love-struck Dana pick up on Xander’s cues, or will her extended stay put further strain on their budding relationship?
